Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of Together.md ("Platform", "Together.md", "we", "us", or "our").

By accessing the Platform, creating an account, registering for an event, reserving a place at a lunch, joining a collaboration, or using any related service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the Platform or participate in services made available through it.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use Together.md.

By using the Platform, you represent that:

• You have legal capacity to enter into agreements.
• The information you provide is accurate and current.
• You will keep your account credentials confidential.
• You are responsible for activities performed through your account.
• You will notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.

Together.md may act as a platform operator, community facilitator, event organizer, co-organizer, ticketing or registration facilitator, or collaboration infrastructure provider, depending on the specific activity.

When an event, lunch, retreat, challenge, or collaboration is organized by a third-party host, partner, venue, or community member, Together.md may help publish information, collect registrations, coordinate participation, or facilitate payments without becoming responsible for every aspect of that activity.

Event pages, registration pages, ticket pages, collaboration pages, or direct written communications may contain additional rules. If a specific page clearly states additional conditions, those conditions apply to that activity together with these Terms.

Together.md may provide services and tools for:

• Event discovery, registration, and participation
• Builder lunches, host-led gatherings, and social experiences
• Vibecoding challenges, competitions, retreats, and workshops
• Collaboration pages, project pages, and contributor profiles
• Podcast collaboration and opportunity discovery
• Community participation and ecosystem navigation
• Data rights, consent, profile visibility, and privacy controls
• AI-assisted summaries, collaboration suggestions, and workflow support

The Platform may evolve over time. Features may be added, changed, restricted, suspended, or discontinued as the ecosystem develops.

Some activities may require registration, approval, invitation, payment, or confirmation. A registration or order is not guaranteed until the relevant page or confirmation message states that it is confirmed.

Depending on the activity, registration may involve:

• Submitting account or profile information
• Choosing a ticket, seat, lunch place, session, or participation option
• Receiving host or organizer approval
• Completing payment within a stated time window
• Accepting additional event-specific rules
• Receiving a confirmation email, account confirmation, ticket, QR code, or other proof of registration

If an order, reservation, or participation request is not completed within the time or conditions shown on the relevant page, it may be cancelled automatically or released to other participants.

Where Together.md issues tickets, passes, confirmations, QR codes, or other access credentials, you are responsible for keeping them secure and using them only as permitted.

You agree that:

• A ticket or confirmation may be required for entry or participation.
• Lost, copied, damaged, resold, or transferred access credentials may be refused.
• Commercial resale, unauthorized promotion, or mass transfer of tickets or seats may be prohibited.
• Organizers or venues may verify identity, eligibility, age, safety conditions, or ticket validity.
• Admission may be refused where required for safety, fraud prevention, capacity, venue policy, or legal compliance.

If a third-party organizer or venue applies additional access rules, those rules may also apply to your participation.

Events and offline activities may be changed, postponed, rescheduled, moved, restricted, or cancelled due to organizer decisions, venue conditions, safety issues, weather, participant capacity, legal requirements, technical issues, or other circumstances.

Together.md is not responsible for:

• Changes made by independent organizers, hosts, venues, speakers, sponsors, or partners
• Travel, accommodation, meals, or other personal costs unless expressly included in the paid service
• Participant no-shows, late arrivals, or failure to meet entry requirements
• Restrictions imposed by public authorities or venue rules
• The artistic, educational, social, business, or personal outcome of an event

Where Together.md is the direct organizer, we will make reasonable efforts to communicate material changes through the Platform, email, or other available contact channels.

Refund conditions may depend on the type of event, the organizer, the venue, payment provider rules, timing, and the specific policy shown on the event or ticket page.

Unless a specific event page says otherwise:

• If Together.md cancels a paid event before it starts, eligible ticket payments should generally be refunded.
• If an event is postponed or materially changed, eligible participants may be offered a new date, credit, or refund depending on the activity.
• Refunds may be unavailable after an event has taken place.
• Refunds may be restricted close to the event date, when capacity is limited, or when the ticket was sold under special conditions.
• Payment processor fees, administration fees, delivery costs, bank charges, or currency conversion differences may be non-refundable where permitted by law and disclosed before payment.
• For third-party events, the organizer's refund policy may apply.

Refund requests should be submitted through the method shown on the relevant event page, account area, confirmation email, or by contacting us at together.moldova@gmail.com.

Some services may require payment, including event tickets, paid workshops, retreats, memberships, sponsorships, premium services, or marketplace transactions.

Before confirming payment, the relevant page should indicate the price and material fees.

Fees may include:

• Ticket or participation price
• Platform or administration fee
• Payment processing fee
• Delivery, venue, accommodation, or service charges where applicable
• Taxes or legally required charges

Together.md may use third-party payment providers. Payment processing is subject to the provider's terms, fraud checks, and technical availability.

Users or partners who create, publish, host, or coordinate events, lunches, retreats, challenges, or collaborations through Together.md are responsible for the accuracy and safety of their activity.

Organizers must:

• Provide accurate event descriptions, dates, locations, prices, and eligibility rules
• Disclose refund, cancellation, capacity, and access rules where relevant
• Comply with applicable laws, venue rules, safety obligations, and consumer protection requirements
• Respect participant privacy and use participant data only for the relevant activity
• Avoid misleading promotions, fake scarcity, unauthorized ticket resale, or unsafe experiences

You retain ownership of content you submit, including:

• Profiles and builder information
• Posts, comments, and messages
• Project, collaboration, and event information
• Documents, images, media, and uploads
• Reviews, testimonials, and case study contributions

By submitting or publishing content on the Platform, you grant Together.md a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, process, display, adapt for formatting, and distribute that content as needed to operate, protect, improve, and promote the Platform and the specific activity to which the content relates.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights needed to submit content.

Together.md provides infrastructure to help people meet, collaborate, learn, build, and create opportunities. We do not guarantee:

• Business success
• Financial outcomes
• Employment, investment, or partnership opportunities
• Revenue generation
• Personal compatibility between participants
• Quality or reliability of third-party commitments

Users are responsible for evaluating collaboration opportunities, checking claims, documenting agreements, and conducting their own due diligence.

The Platform may include reviews, testimonials, reputation indicators, collaboration history, and case studies.

These represent opinions, participation records, or historical information and do not guarantee future behavior, quality, outcomes, or trustworthiness.

Users must provide honest feedback. Manipulating reviews, reputation systems, referrals, votes, or public credibility signals is prohibited.

You agree not to:

• Violate laws, regulations, safety rules, venue rules, or these Terms
• Harass, threaten, intimidate, or discriminate against others
• Publish unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, misleading, or harmful content
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation
• Attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, data, or private communities
• Distribute malware, scrape the Platform abusively, or interfere with service operation
• Manipulate tickets, registrations, capacity, reviews, rankings, or reputation systems
• Use the Platform for spam, mass unsolicited communication, or unauthorized commercial resale

The Together.md platform, branding, logos, software, interface, design elements, and proprietary content are owned by Together.md or its licensors.

You may not reproduce, scrape, redistribute, sell, or create derivative works from Platform materials except as permitted by law or with written permission.

Together.md may provide AI-powered features that assist with:

• Collaboration creation and summaries
• Event descriptions and operational drafts
• Matching recommendations
• Opportunity discovery
• Reports, highlights, and workflow prompts

AI-generated content may be incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, or inappropriate for your specific situation.

Users remain responsible for reviewing, editing, validating, and deciding whether to rely on AI-generated outputs. AI features do not provide legal, financial, medical, or professional advice.

Use of Together.md is also governed by our legal and privacy documents:

Together.md processes personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including GDPR where applicable.

You can review privacy controls at /settings/privacy, request a data export at /settings/data-export, and request account deletion at /settings/account-deletion.

We try to maintain reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or permanent availability of every feature.

We may modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue parts of the Platform for maintenance, security, legal, operational, or product reasons.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Together.md shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages
• Lost profits, business interruption, or loss of opportunities
• User disputes, collaboration failures, or third-party conduct
• Event quality, organizer decisions, venue issues, or participant behavior
• Travel, accommodation, or personal expenses connected to events
• Payment provider errors, temporary platform unavailability, or technical interruptions

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, our liability is limited to the maximum extent legally permitted.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access if a user:

• Violates these Terms
• Abuses the Platform or other users
• Engages in fraud, unsafe conduct, or unauthorized resale
• Threatens user safety, privacy, event operations, or Platform integrity
• Creates legal, security, reputational, or operational risk for Together.md

Users may request account deletion through the account deletion workflow. Some records may be retained or anonymized where required by law, legitimate business needs, or shared ecosystem integrity.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Moldova, unless another mandatory consumer protection or data protection law applies.

Disputes should first be addressed by contacting Together.md so the issue can be reviewed and, where possible, resolved amicably.

If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it may be submitted to the competent courts or authorities according to applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights or data protection rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Material changes may be communicated through the Platform, email, account notices, or by publishing the updated Terms on this page.

Continued use of the Platform after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, unless applicable law requires another form of consent.
