What we need
A lake or waterfront setting in Moldova where a seasonal floating dome could responsibly be placed — offered by somebody with the authority to discuss it: an owner, a lease holder, an operator, or an authorized representative.
Why it matters
Everything specific about this project is specific to a place. Depth, ice, wind, access, shore services and permission all change with the site, so none of the work after this one can be done honestly against a hypothetical lake.
What it unlocks
A committed location partner is what lets site feasibility begin — and feasibility, once completed, is what lets engineering begin.
