Host toolkit

hosting

Host your first builder lunch

Invite four to six people around one useful context. Keep the table small, state that pitching is optional, and leave space for a good conversation to be enough.

facilitation

Open with context, not status

Ask what each person is building, what help would be useful, and what they can offer. Do not ask for titles, follower counts, or achievements.

followups

Continue only with consent

After lunch, invite participants to record a private next step. Public stories require explicit participant approval before publication.
